In the present study, preparation of nanosuspension for famotidine and curcumin by solvent evaporation technique as well as media milling technique using stabilizers was initially adopted. Formulation and process variables were identified based on particle size analysis and in vitro drug release. Optimized nanosuspension was characterized by particle size analysis, zeta potential determination, scanning electron microscopy (SEM).
